Initial survey and report

We start every drying project with an on-site survey. This includes identification of problem areas and locating unseen moisture and damage, which we document using infra-red thermography, Protimeter moisture meters and hygrometers, digital video cameras, digital still photography and our new BIORIGHT Plus device, which detects and measures the presence of contaminants, mould and unsafe proteins.

This enables us to formulate an effective drying plan, with details of how the work will proceed, a schedule for coordinating with other contractors and a price structure. The documentation includes a plan of the building, utilities details and proposed siting of equipment.

Once the survey and plan are complete, we upload a full report, including thermal images and conventional photographs, to the DRYRIGHT Extranet. Clients can log in, using their password, to access and download the data, which authorized persons can view in real time anywhere in the world via the Internet.

The Positive Pressure Moisture Displacement System (PPMDS) is only available through DRYRIGHT and our associate companies
